Every single person has struggled with taking the perfect picture of themselves, and we all need one. Whether it's a profile pic for Instagram or LinkedIn, a picture for a dating app, or even a picture for your partner to put on their lock screen, we all need that One Perfect Pic. For us, the less lucky people, we have used the same picture for the last 3 years, even though we probably do not look the same as the handsome fella in that picture. But no matter how hard we try, and how much we will direct the person we appointed as the camera person when we try and take a new picture, nothing is ever good enough.

Good thing our cats do not feel like that, and that every single picture we take of them is absolutely purrfect. Even so, we are pretty sure every one of us has that one special picture of our cat(s) that everyone must see.

Hey hoomans! We really hope you're having an amazing day! or, at the very least, a better day than the one our fluffy little feline friend had the day before. 

It was bath day yesterday. It was, as you have no doubt imagined, a nightmare! He refuses to cooperate when we give him a bath, no matter how many times we try. At this point, we've come to terms with the reality that bath day is difficult and probably won't get any easier. After a bath, our purrfect little boy requires some time to recover. For the first hour or two, he acts as though we don't exist, but after that, he's back to normal.

One would think that if an employee were to go so far as to record themselves getting fired, they would very much be in the right. In fact, one would think that the purpose of recording the meeting at all would be to gather evidence proving that there was no wrongdoing on the park of the employee. 

However, every so often here at FAIL Blog, we come across a dramatic workplace situation like this one, in which an employee may think they are in the right, but upon looking at the evidence, it becomes clear that this dude made his own grave. Not only did he treat a customer poorly, but also he recorded an extremely measured response from his boss. Hopefully, based on the reaction online, the guy will finally understand that he was wrong in so many ways. However, I wouldn't hold my breath…

Two basic rules are taught to us when we work in customer service. First of all, we should never presume that consumers will read the small print at the bottom of our signage. The second universal guideline is to never, ever concede that you are correct and the client is mistaken.

In the story below, the manager of an arts and crafts store expresses her frustrations. It seems like OP has been dealing with a constant flow of difficult clients ever since taking over the store some time ago. But nothing could have prepared OP for what happened the other day when the client—who we'll refer to as Karen for the purposes of this argument—walked through the door. Karen was strolling around the store, looking at the cards. There are countless variations of cards to choose from. Some are large, some are small, and some are or are not on sale. People working on the loading dock know how frustrating it is when others show up and park their cars in a way that obstructs access to the trucks that are supposed to arrive. In this case, a young worker was working at a loading dock that was expecting a big load of tech and products for a new office layout, and they were beginning to get a lot of equipment. OP's boss informed them to keep the trucks coming and going as smoothly as possible. OP's job was to get the unloaded company pallets and stack them out of the way, making sure they were ready for return to their owner.

One day, a company representative showed up and parked his big BMW right where he was not supposed to. When OP told him he had to move his car, the rep barked at him and told him to go do his job. Do his job? Okay, thought OP… I will. So OP used the forklift to move the rep's car onto a stack of pallets, making sure it was out of the way.

When the rep came back to see where his car was, he was shocked to find that it was high above the ground. OP could not move the car, because the propane tank was empty, so he wouldn't be able to use the forklift to take it down. After that, even more chaos ensued, which you can read about below. These retail workers have a bone to pick with some of their worst customers. 

Imagine you're a customer at a retail store, about to peruse the clothing section or toy aisle or garden section. But you've got your to-go coffee cup with you, and halfway through your trip, you've drunk all of it. What to do now?
