Without hesitation, this cat gently caressed the shoulder of a man about to enjoy his dinner, asking if he could have a meager taste of his yummy-looking entree. And because the cat was so gosh darn adorable and polite about it, how could he deny him? 

Who are we to deny the local street cats a courier of favor? Aren't cat lovers mere mortals with love in their hearts and fish fillet on their plates? Oblige the cat. Give him a taste. He was at least polite enough to ask…

Living next to a difficult neighbor is never easy, but when noise, parking disputes, and constant hostility take over your daily life, it can quickly become overwhelming. For one tenant, what started as minor frustrations slowly escalated into a situation that now feels impossible to ignore.

There's been a brewing discourse about readers who straight-up refuse to read books that are written from a first-person point of view. Instead, they only read books written in the third person, because they don't want to "self-insert" or feel like a character. This has led to introspection about people's reading habits, as well as a smattering of memes making fun of the whole concept. 

It doesn't matter what age you are; there is always a chance you could end up having an incompetent boss who blames every little thing wrong on you. That's just the risk we take joining the workforce. The young professional, however, decided to teach his incompetent boss a lesson. 

How did he do that, you ask? Well, he locked in, and right when he became invaluable, he quit. The company was already standing on weak knees, so he made sure to quit when they needed him the most. When they asked him why he was quitting during his exit interview, he blamed it all on his incompetent boss. So guess what? His boss was fired a couple of months later.

However, beware, because they might be smol, but they are mighty. They will meow like a lion (or at least they think they sound like an adult lion), they will scratch like Freddy Krueger (that's 100% true), and they will chomp like the shark in Jaws (they can't take off your leg, but that won't stop them from trying).

A lot of us collect at least one or two types of things, whether it's Legos or model cars or tea cups or action figures. 

It's rewarding to have collections! Clearly the mystery box appeal has cast a spell on a lot of people these days. They'll happily buy up tons and tons of items that aren't meant really meant to be collected, all because the buyer is just looking for that needle in a haystack. 

Cats don't have money, but they control yours. 

Cats don't have jobs, but they somehow have a full spending plan. You go out for one thing and come back with a bag of toys, treats, and something labeled "premium" because it sounded important. It's not even a question. If it's for the cat, it's getting bought. Your wallet doesn't stand a chance.

They also have very strong purrchasing opinions. You'll splurge on the nicest toy, only for it to get ignored immediately. Meanwhile, a crumpled receipt becomes the highlight of their day. Same with food. One week it's their favorite, the next week they won't even look at it. No explanation, just a quiet refusal. It's all part of their purrsonal taste.

Then there's the ongoing costs. Scratching posts, beds, replacements for things they've destroyed, and an endless supply of treats. You upgrade once, then again, then suddenly you're deep in it. They're living their best life while you're mentally adding up receipts. It's less budgeting, more catculated spending.

And still, you keep going. You see something and immediately think, they'd like this. Another toy, another treat, another "just in case" purrchase. They don't ask, they don't need to. The spending just happens. At this point, it's not your money, it's a fully funded feline lifestyle.

We all have memories of what it felt like to be called on in the classroom to answer a question that we were not exactly sure about. With no prospects on the horizon, what's to keep these workers from jumping ship and applying to another so-called "family"? 

It's a good thing she was found in time – a pregnant cat deserves to have her litter somewhere safe and warm.

She was a great sport in the car and purred all the way home on her dashboard, then she set her up nice and cozy in her room. The next morning she called the vet to see if they would take her in for a wellness checkup. Beyond that, she's at a loss on what to do. She contacted her local shelter that she volunteers at and fostered for, she's willing to make a donation if they took her in. But beyond that she doesn't know what her other options are. She can't keep her because she already has 5 cats and 2 dogs (a really full house!). Luckily, her post hit big, and many commenters are willing to help out. We all get called by the wrong name sometimes, and we all find ourselves correcting the mistake to avoid any confusion.

Then, he got an email from the company, but right at the top of it, Zach saw that the email was addressed to someone else, named Ryan. The email stated that the company would like to schedule an interview with him, but Zach didn't know whether the email was intended for him and they simply got the name wrong, or if the email was intended for Ryan and they sent it to him instead.

So, Zach did the sensible thing and emailed the company back, asking for clarification. They expected the HR manager to apologize for the confusion and clear the whole thing up, but instead, he got an extremely defensive response. The manager accused Zach of calling the company disorganized and refused to admit that they had made a mistake. Then, they simply assumed that Zach would not be interested in pursuing the position and left it at that.

The job candidate was quite shocked by this response, but it was safe to say that he was not interested in continuing the hiring process after the HR manager couldn't even admit that they called him by the wrong name.
