Hi, friends, and happy Friday! Our favorite day of the week is finally here and we can't wait to celebrate. Besides Caturday, of course. Caturday is sacred. But Fridays are like a mini Saturday if you really think about it. We usually finish all our important meetings and projects during the week and leave the easier tasks for Friday. This way, we feel more relaxed. Oh, but that may also be due to our Friday happy hour toast, can't forget about that! 

Anyway, back to the point. In true Friday nature, we're back with our weekly Friday Funnies segment where we compile a list of the funniest, most wholesome, and overall best cat memes we've seen on the interwebs. Why you may ask? Welp, to help get you through the last workday of the week, of course, silly. With that being said, we hope you enjoy your scroll and have an easy breezy Friday! 

There's an ethical quandary that presents itself sometimes in your working life… if your job description essentially requires you to help hire and train a replacement, do you do it?

It's something that comes up more often than we realize, with countless stories popping up online where people realize they have been asked to outline their job for the purpose of hiring a replacement or find themselves training a mysterious new "team member" to do their job. The problem is that the yet-to-be-fired employee is led to believe that it's a requirement of their job to partake in these tasks (or else), and when people begin to catch on… things can begin to go a little bit sideways.

In this situation, Redditor u/kamamad1 found their job suspiciously posted on LinkedIn before being asked to outline the tasks of their position. They saw the writing on the wall, and rather than assisting their employer in screwing them over; they decided it was time to take their skills elsewhere. Their decision to quit was not taken well by their employer, who was planning on exploiting their knowledge before giving them the boot, which led u/kamamad1 to share their experience on Reddit's r/pettyrevenge subreddit.

Let's be honest, cats are pretty fricken wonderful. We honestly could never understand people who say they hate cats. One Twitter user shared her hilarious patriotism fail from many years ago. Basically, the story goes that the user, Kate, who goes by the handle @mcmansionh***, had one sacred duty as a scout. All she had to do was fold an American flag as gently and carefully as possible. She and the other scouts viewed this as a very sacred honor…but she kept accidentally messing up each time she tried her hand at flag folding!
