A Caturday Kitty Concoction of Cute Cats to Stimulate the Silly Center of Your Soul

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 17:00
Cats have the purrfectly unique ability to make us laugh simply by being themselves - it's one of the many joys of being a cat owner. And especially on Caturdays, we feel it's pawsitively impurrtant to stimulate your soul with soul-nourishing goodness and giggles. It seems like cats are always the answer!

As cat pawrents, we've had to upgrade our storage in our iCloud many times to accomodate all the hissterical pictures of our cats we like to keep on our phones. Why? Because each one is purrecious, and we can't even think of parting with any of them. Also, because on days like today, when we need to fill ourselves up with pawsitivity, the fastest and easiest way is to simply scroll through our cats' pictures.

We have many of them where they look regal, meowjestic, like the purrfect models, and then we have the cursed images that make us laugh until we cry. Each one makes us fall more and more in love with our babies, and it never gets old. But, as much as we love the meowdelistic pictures, the best ones are the ones that show off their true purrsonality.

These pictures activate the silly center of our souls, and each cat owner has their own pics that do the same. We rounded up some of the silliest cat pics from pawrents around, and put them all in one Caturday kitty concoction for you to enjoy. Give yourself a good giggle and revel in all the meowrvelousness that comes with our furbulous feline friends!

Grandmother crosses the rainbow bridge and wished only for her cat Sanji to have a furrever home when she's gone, her grandson adopts him to keep her memory alive: 'Everything happens for a reason'

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 16:00
There's a light at the end of the tunnel, and it lies in this grandson adopting his grandmother's cat.

He's 50% fluff, and 100% adorable. This guy lost his grandmother on December 1st. She got this cat after her husband crossed the rainbow bridge for an emotional support pet. She grew so fond of him and the cat really helped the grandmother get through the loss of her husband without feeling alone in her day to day routine. Cats can be so incredible about filling the void when we go through something. Before she crossed the rainbow bridge, she asked her daughter to promise her that she would take him in if anything happened to her. Sanji, her cat, was brought in from the animal shelter, and she didn't want him to end back there or feel rejected or end up in an unloving family. Her daughter promised, but unfortunately it didn't work out. Her own cat didn't like that Sanji came. And so the protagonist wanted to take Sanji but he also had two cats already, Arthur and Marcel.

Then, Arthur also crossed the rainbow bridge. Now that he only has his one cat Marcel, he felt it's the right time to take Sanji, not only for himself but for his grieving cat. Marcel and Sanji hit it off immediately – they play together, run around everywhere. And Sanji turned out to be similar to Arthur, and it was all a purrfect fit. He didn't expect to have a second cat so quickly, but it's heartwarming that he could take the cat in and help his family and his grandmother's wishes. He truly believes everything happens for a reason, and at I Can Has Cheeezburger, we agree with him in this story.

New Manager claims first-come, first-served served employee parking spot, sends email promising to retaliate against and tow any staff who dare park in it, Big Boss forced to intervene and put them in their place: 'That’s my parking spot'

Fail Blog - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 16:00
A newly-hired manager came in swaggering, attempting to claim a free-for-all employee parking space as their own, threatening other staff with towing should they dare to park there, forcing the Big Boss to intervene

Getting territorial about parking is no new thing. There is some primal thing within us that makes us go bananas about staking claim to our space of asphalt, even if it's not really our spot.

20 Feline Funnies Shedding Caturday Clawmedy Like Cat Fur in Spring

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 15:00
When spring has sprung, so does the fur from our cat's body. It's everywhere, and shedding season has only just begun. So while we drown in our cat's winter coat, we're here shedding the cat memes everywhere, much like our feline friends are doing with their fur.

We get winter hoarding. Really, we understand. It's like an evolutionary need to maintain yourself with literally everything to make sure the cold doesn't win. While cats hoard their fur, floofing up their coat as their life depends on it, we hoard memes. You know, that's just the Cheezburger way. We hoard warm memes for cold nights, and the I Can Has Cheezburger team hoards so many cat memes that we have a surplus by the time spring arrives. And when spring arrives, shedding season begins. Cats shed their fur, and we shed all the extra winter memes we had.

So what's more cat memes if not the blooming of the flowery garden of comedy that we grow here? The more cat memes, the more we feel like the warmth of the spring sun makes us happy. And we're all about sharing this joy with other cat people worldwide. So here are more cat memes we have from winter. Just have them, for no particular reason. Just take them and save them. Maybe even hoard them for next winter or something, we don't know, we're not here to tell you what to do.

Neighbor legally parks slightly blocking homeowner's driveway, homeowner logs incidents for 2 years and the city finally steps in: 'I have 94 entries in that log!'

Fail Blog - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 15:00
Parking disputes are rarely just about cars, and not all legal behavior is harmless.

Informal rules matter as much as official ones. Small acts, like how we use shared spaces and where we park, can interfere with someone's comfort or safety. Living in a community implies being aware of your personal freedoms while respecting the implicit rules that underpin mutual respect. It may be legal to park in a public space, but you can usually tell when you're creating an unnecessary obstacle, and if you have other options, you should avoid parking in front of the same house every day. Laws may define what we are allowed to do, but common sense defines what we should do. It's in these gray areas where law meets ethics that everyday conflicts test our patience and our ability to coexist peacefully in a society.

Even when spaces are public, the way we use them affects everyone around us. We shouldn't have to explain basic rules of coexistence to grown-ups. You need to park your car? Alright, don't block driveways. Leave enough room to maneuver. Don't complicate community life.

Why does parking bring out the worst in reasonable people? And why do parking disputes escalate so easily? It could be because the situation is repetitive, it affects daily routines, and it feels intentional. You decide where to park your car. And it's not a matter of finding any open spot; you look for a convenient spot considering safety risks and how your choices affect others. That explains why a minor parking issue can turn into a personal standoff if it repeats itself day after day and becomes a daily frustration. Now imagine dealing with your neighbor's decision to block your driveway every single day for two years, and you'll understand what happened in today's story.

It wasn't illegal, but it was deliberate. What started as a disagreement about noise turned into a daily battle. After trying to handle the situation politely without success, one homeowner had to involve city officials to address a problem that basic courtesy could have prevented from the start.

22 Cattastic Memes of Cats Being Your Weekend Workout Meowtivation

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 13:00
You start your workout and suddenly you've got a purrsonal trainer.

Cats don't go to the gym for you, but they do become your workout meowtivation whether you asked for it or not. The second you start, they show up like this is a shared activity now. Sitting nearby, watching everything, making it very hard to ignore them and very easy to get distracted.

They've got their own routine going too. One long stretch, fully extended, like they're showing you how it's done. A quick jump onto something high counts as plyometrics. A few slow steps around the space is their cardio. It's not much, but they act like it counts.

There's something about it that keeps you going though. You look over, they're just there, completely calm, completely committed to doing exactly what they want. No stress, no overthinking, just showing up and moving when it feels right.

By the end, they're stretched out somewhere comfortable, fully relaxed like they finished a full session. Meanwhile, you're still trying to catch your breath. They didn't do much, but somehow they still feel like the most consistent one there.

'Our family of 2 has turned into 3': Couple looking to adopt finds abandoned clingy cat on the streets and gives Velcro a safe, loving home

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 12:00
This rescue cat came with zero sense of personal space and full commitment to cuddles.

Some cats like their space, and then there's Velcro, who clearly believes purrsonal space is more of a suggestion. This clingy little legend, also known as Velvie (and very deservedly Sir Clings-a-Lot), went from having no one to suddenly having everything. His start wasn't easy. He was abandoned on the streets, left without care, unvaccinated, and even had to deal with other cats picking on him. Not exactly the kind of beginning any cat deserves.

But Velcro didn't stay down for long.

Once his story reached the right people, it was game over in the best way. This family of two didn't think twice, they knew he belonged with them. Just like that, two became three, and Velcro finally got his upgrade from street life to full-time indoor cat with built-in humans.

He's clearly making the most of it. With a name like Velcro, you already know he's not going anywhere. He's the kind of cat who sticks close, follows you around, and makes sure you're never alone for too long. No independence here, just full commitment to being as close as possible at all times.

From rough beginnings to nonstop snuggles, Velvie didn't just find a home, he found his people.

A Soft Pillow Full of 25 Feline Funnies for your Weary Head to Rest On

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 11:00
It has been a long week and we all need a good break from the realities of the world, which is why we made you this collection of funny felines.

Cats, being the meowgical creatures that they are, are the purrfect creatures to offer a departure from our lived reality. If you take a moment to think about it, cats are kinda like pillows come to life. They come in all sorts of sizes, colors and uses. Some are great for cuddling, others are just right to place your head on, and others are best left alone and they will not support any part of you very well at all, even becoming a bit scratchy in places.

And with all the effort and anguish you have laid on the line at your job this week you are more than deserving of letting go of the madness and allowing your weary mind to rest in the cradle of these cute cat memes

Parents expect to live rent-free at 32-year-old son's home, he gives them 3 free months, but then stands firm on $800 rent, parents aghast: 'Family doesn't charge family!

Fail Blog - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 10:00
The saying, "While you're under MY roof, you follow MY rules!" can eventually apply to the parents once everyone is grown and has their own place…

These parents decided to sell their house and move to an apartment. So they sold their house but, oh? What's this? They didn't find an apartment. That's okay, though, because they can just crash at their son's for a little bit. Except, it turns out a little but actually means months…

Man left with tough decision whether to separate his three cats or let them go furrever after breakup with girlfriend of four years

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 10:00
Once you've been dating for so long, it becomes harder and harder to break up.

This is one of those stories you just feel inclined to follow and see what happens. The couple has been together for 4 years, but they've decided to split. It's never easy to go through a breakup, but especially hard when you share animals together. They have three cats – Tuxedo (4-years-old), Void (3-years-old), and Tabby (8 months old). His initial thought was that the older two would go with her and he'd keep the youngest. But he's really grown attached to the cats, and the thought of losing both the older cats is hurting him. The Void cat is his baby, but the Tuxedo cat is hers, but the Tuxedo and Void are also best friends. He wonders if the best place for the Void is with his older brother, or if it's with him. He isn't sure, and asks the internet about how to know who is more bonded. The Tuxedo and Void groom each other, play together, share resources, and sleep near each other. It's not easy to imagine that they'd leave each other, and he feels very stuck. Comment below what you think he should do.

Neighbor asks to park in homeowner's driveway during snow storm and then leaves it there for a month, wants to park there indefinitely

Fail Blog - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 09:00
When this homeowner agreed to let their neighbor park a car in their driveway during snowstorms, they found that the car remained in their driveway long afterward. Their neighbor then approached them over the continued use of the spot, a request the homeowner felt uncomfortable about.

Graduate gifted late uncle's Rolex, questions if he should trade it in without Aunt knowing

Fail Blog - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 08:00
A graduate is learning a life lesson that everyone has to learn at some point: your family's taste in fashion will sometimes clash with your own.

Every kid grows up wearing clothes that their parents or caregivers bought for them. Until you're old enough to talk about it, you don't get a say in what shoes or pants you want to wear.

But even when you are old enough to express your own fashion interests, you're still going to get gifted tacky sweaters and itchy socks. So… what do you do with those?

After years of helping shelter animals find homes, a dedicated volunteer explains why the shelter isn't a place of heartbreak, but of hope: 'Sadness is the last thing you feel.'

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 06:00
There's a special place in our hearts for the specific appreciation of animal shelter volunteers. These are people who take their love for animals to the next level, and actually help care for animals in need of a home until they find one. It's true that a lot of pets usually find their forever homes in heartwarming adoption stories, such as in the Cat Distribution System way, which we love telling you about. But some pets take more time to reach their destined loving family - and this is where animal shelter volunteers come in.

'[I’m not] her backup plan': Childfree coworker refuses to continue bending over backwards for a single mom when she starts taking advantage of their availability, setting healthy office boundaries

Fail Blog - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 06:00
She had a more lenient schedule because she had no children, but the single mom in the office saw that as an invitation to take advantage.

Being a parent and working full-time is like having two incompatible careers that are constantly bickering and vying for your attention. And yet, while many parents in the workforce juggle their responsibilities with grace and dignity, there are some, particularly in this next story, who can't handle the pressure. Although it's completely understandable to be overwhelmed, the single mom in this next story took things too far, guilt-tripping her coworker into picking up the slack because she "knew she had no other responsibilities."

Just because your coworker doesn't have kids doesn't mean they have nothing better to do but wait around for your beck and call…

Many young adults in the workforce are opting to stay childfree longer than they did in the past. Usually, because of financial pressures, social experiences, or personal preferences, that's a person's prerogative to keep their lives free of soccer practice schedules, PTA meetings, and local bake sales. Some people just want to go home after work, kick off their shoes, and have a mellow evening to themselves, and that's totally their prerogative!

While there are many wonders to being a parent, like watching a mini-me goblin grow up in real time and having the rewarding experiences of raising a family, some parents secretly envy those around them who have the free time after work to say "no" to the family life bustle.

'There's a cat!': Creator's livestream gets interrupted by a kitten hiding in his car, he takes her home after shelter refuses to take his young feral rescue

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 05:00
After looking up cats on the internet all week, he found that the universe listened and presented him with a cat of his own… just not when or where he expected.

Be careful what you wish for, especially if it's a cat. Because, as we've learned with the Cat Distribution System, if you wish for it and you're a kind purrson, you will be delivered a cat. Probably when you least expect it, like on your way to the mechanic shop to get your car checked out.

In the middle of a livestream, Torian Strauss heard something coming from inside his car. It was none other than a tiny feral kitten, hiding underneath! He admitted in a follow-up video that he had been researching cats on the internet all of last week, and that was enough for the CDS to send one right to him.

He took the scared baby to the shelter, hoping to find her a home, but the shelter refused to take her because she was too young. With no other option, Torian decided to let fate be fate and adopt her for himself. He named her 'Miss Piggy Pampers', along with a bunch of other cute nicknames, like the purrfect 'Piggy Bologna', and others. He gave her a flea bath, bought her her own pink cat castle, and was clearly falling in love.

There's something so wholesome about someone becoming a cat purrson in real-time, and that's exactly what you can see here. Just a guy, rescuing a cat, and then realizing that she's everything he had ever wanted.

16-year-old refuses to donate her chocolate fountain to family friend's wedding after not getting invited: 'If I’m not invited to their wedding, I don’t owe them anything'

Fail Blog - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 05:00
Everyone has a prized possession that is priceless to them. For this teenager, it was her beloved chocolate fountain.

It's possible that the 16-year-old might have been convinced to agree to donate her fountain as a gift to her family friend's upcoming wedding. However, the fact that she was practically told outright that she would not be allowed to attend the wedding ended the engaged couple's dreams of getting the fountain for free.

Asking a favor of anyone, even a family friend, does not necessarily mean that this person will want something in return. That being said, they will at least expect some level of generosity, even if it's just a kind sentiment. Yet this engaged couple genuinely thought they could convince a literal teenager to take her prized possession away from her, albeit temporarily, without even letting her enjoy the fountain herself.

They likely thought that the 16-year-old's mother would be calling the shots in this situation. Talk about a naive assumption to make when you're dealing with an easily enraged high school student. Anyone who either has a teenager of their own or interacts with them regularly knows that it takes a lot to get them to do something nice out of the goodness of their hearts. Instead, they are wont to ask what's in it for them.

We don't blame teenagers for acting this way. Most of us behaved this way ourselves. However, the most immature folks in this anecdote are the engaged ones, not the 16-year-old. She was just being a teenager, but they were the ones who thought they could get away with getting their dream chocolate fountain while disregarding its owner's wishes.

Fail Blog - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 02:00

Wanting to protect her space and routine, she lays out a simple plan that includes rules and shared expenses. Cuddly farm cat steals the neighbor's chicks so she can raise them as her own, refusing to return her new chicken family to the neighbor: ‘So far she has cost me €27 for stolen chicks’

LOL Cats - Sat, 03/28/2026 - 01:00
A farm cat had undeniable meowternal instincts, stealing the neighbor's chicks to raise as her own.

They say that animals adopt the persona of whatever creature raised them in infancy. In most cases, a kitten will be raised by its cat mom, but if a kitten is instead raised by a gaggle of chickens, you may end up with a kitty that clucks instead of meowing. Like all living things, cats are molded by their environment, and because of their purrsistent resilience, clever kitty mind, and their innate survivor mentality, cats are the biggest mimics of their environment, even if it goes against a cat's predatory nature. In most cases, cats will attack a bird, but in this case, all this kitty wanted was some feathery cuddles and beak-pecked kisses.

The farmers' chickens raised a cat in this next tale, and because of her affinity for bird-brained antics, feather beds, and a cat tower full of clucking chicks, this farm cat grew to become a cuddle thief. This chicktomaniac cat could no longer deny her desire to be a chicken mama, and hilariously saw the chicken coop next door as the purrfect target.
