30 Purrfectly Whiskered Kitties to Whisk You Away to Wonderland

LOL Cats - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 14:00
Wonderland, but with cats!

We all need an escape in our lives. Escapism exists for a reason. No one can be fully present and alert about life's tumults, trials, and tribulations every moment of our days. We need a break from the heaviness, something that can take our minds off of the bad bits and make us feel good. Sometimes an escape from ordinary world is used with a little imagination, and why not imagine purrfectly whiskered kitties? They're here to whisk you away to a cozy little world that's all your own, where you can do what you want, where everything is sacred, and where there's a magic to everything. Cats already have that slightly mysterious air about them, as if they know secrets the rest of us don't. One moment they're starting intently at a blank wall, the next they're darting across the room as if chasing invisible spirits. It's easy to imagine that cats are living half in our world and half in a world of whimsy.

In this feline wonderland, whiskers, fur, purrs, and paws are the dominant forces behind what happens. They use their whole being to produce a magic unlike any other. They can suddenly turn a simple house into a fantastical kingdom ruled by fluffy monarchs with very strong opinions about snacks. Every single kitty below belongs to this wonderland of whiskers and whimsy. They bring a personality that's just purrfect for whisking us away, to make us feel as though we're also not in our reality. You don't have to carry life's burdens all the time, it's okay to have times where all you want is comfort, and that's where these cats come in. Enjoy these wonderfully wonderland kitty memes.

It can feel like fate when you find another soul that resembles someone you've known. In the story here, it feels like that kind of serendipitous fate. It's a university student who's just leaving his apartment ground on campus, when he spots a cat who looks like she's not in great shape. Service Industry Employees Explain How You Can Uncover Tip Theft in the Workplace

Fail Blog - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 13:00
Working in the service industry means tips are often a huge part of employees' income, which makes things especially concerning when the numbers don't seem to add up. In one Reddit post, a server shared their suspicion that management at their restaurant might be taking a large portion of the staff's tips.

The employee claimed servers only received about 20% each while a surprising 60% was labeled as "the restaurant's share." The post quickly sparked a discussion among other service workers who shared their own experiences and advice about spotting possible tip theft in the workplace.

LOL Cats - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 12:00
It might not be the holidays, and it might not be the 1990s anymore, but that does not mean that a JC Penny photoshoot with your cat is not on the cards, at least for these pawrents.

Who would have thought that in today's modern landscape there would still be a need, or any kind of demand for the photoshoots that JC Penny had become famous for over the years. Perhaps it is a reaction to the online trends of cringey photos of couples in celebration of their engagements or soon to be born babies.

But whatever it is that has drawn millennials back to JC Penny, the fact that they have brought cats with them is simply sublime and we are delighted to have this collection of cute cats posing for cringey photos with their pawrents in what must have been some of the strangest encounters to go down at JC Penny. So settle in and get ready for a collection of cuddly cats who look like they would rather be in a china shop with a bunch of dogs than in another JC Penny pic.

Landlord demands tenants unplug their toaster: 'They gave us 24 hours' notice'

Fail Blog - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 12:00
After an inspection, this landlord had a surprising criticism for the tenants: unplug all your small electronics.

How much does a plugged-in toaster cost you each month? According to some estimates, it costs roughly one penny per minute to use your toaster. And that's just from using it to toast your bread — if you leave it plugged in all day every day, that might add up to like, $2 or $3 in energy costs per year.

Oftentimes, goofy dads are the ones who are trying to get the family to unplug small electronics and avoid touching the thermostat — you know, just little tiny ways to save money. But in this person's case, their landlord is the one applying the rules. And the weirdest part is…

It's rather humbling and heartwarming to know that wherever you go in the world, cat lovers will be found.

It's like we all form this one, huge online cat community of pawrents and admirers alike. But there's this long foundational thread that connects us all, and that's our endless love for cats. Anywhere in the world.

North America? Many cat lovers. South America? Maybe even more. Africa? It's where the ancestors of our cats developed, so obviously they love cats there as well. Europe? Many floofy feline lovers there. Asia? Such a great cat-loving community. Oceania? Islanders love cats as well. And we're absolutely certain many scientists in Antarctica adore cats too.

Wherever you are, wherever you're going, your fellow feline fans are all over the world, just waiting for another human soul to share their love for cats with.

Entitled man gets backlash after throwing a tantrum at his girlfriend for sharing too much of her food with his friends at a group dinner

Fail Blog - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 11:00
It had to have been uncomfortable to witness this couple fighting over something as meaningless as the girlfriend sharing too much of her meal with other folks at the dinner table.

We've all seen relationships fall apart for a plethora of reasons. Of course, there are the classic ones: infidelity, money, family, bad habits, etc. However, the fact that this author decided to pick a major fight with his partner over being too generous to his friends at a restaurant speaks volumes about his questionable priorities.

'It was EXTREMELY cold up in the Scottish highlands this day': So, naturally, it was time for a snow day photoshoot with Scotland's most fabulous feline duo!

LOL Cats - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 10:00
Get your coats ready, because the crispness radiating from these fabulous pictures is astounding.

It's not every day that you get to witness such phenomenal evidence of the adventuring spirit of cats. Most of our feline friends of the Domestic Cat kind are, well, domestic. They like to cuddle on their human's lap, stealing their body heat. They like to nap on the couch, the bed, or the warm and dry laundry straight out of the dryer. Cats like comfort, stability, and predictability. But not all cats… Some cats are truly adventurous, going on harnessed hikes and experiencing the world as no other cat has ever done before.

This is why every time we encounter cats not only going to the great outdoors - but doing so in the snowy Scottish highlands - we run back here to share the magnificent sight with you all. So let's get to the beautiful matter at hand - meet Bongo and Fifis, who are absolutely stunning standing there with the snowy background all around. Such brave cats, such ameowzing adventurers.

Neighbor demands woman pay half of a $5000 composite fence that “matches her yard” to replace one damaged panel

Fail Blog - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 10:00
Inflated Home Depot carts and $5000 bills aren't the sort of things you imagine sharing with neighbors. But what do you know but suburbia, it seems, is full of surprises One windstorm takes out a single fence panel, and suddenly, there is a project manager next door who thinks she is running a construction site on emergency footing. Texts at nine in the morning demanding a fence summit right now, volunteer labor from the husband next door, and a general vibe that this crisis will be handled today, whether anyone's budget agrees or not.

'You have a cat on your car!': Realtor drives out of neighborhood when she realizes her clients' cat is stuck on the roof of her car

LOL Cats - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 09:00
It's not every day you become a purrsonal Uber driver for your clients' cat.

Cats are meowsterious creatures. They can find their way into the tiniest of spaces, can disappear for hours in your own house, and love to show up in the most random places. After a few scary experiences, this has taught us to always check to make sure we know where the cat is before leaving the house. It's now a second nature; we check for our wallet, keys, ID, and cat. We're pretty sure the family in our video below is going to do the same now! However, it wasn't even the family who noticed their cat was gone, it was their realtor, who was surprised to find a secret stowaway on her roof!

While driving out of the neighborhood, she heard someone screaming at her. She rolled down her windows and heard, "You have a cat on your car!", and she absolutely did. While looking for the purrfect spot to sunbathe, her clients' cat climbed onto the roof of her car, and stayed there, confused, as she drove away. Thank goodness someone noticed, or else that kitty might have gone for the ride of its life.

The realtor drove the kitty back to his pawrents' house, VIP style. He got hand-delivered to his owners, who laughed the whole thing off. Thankfully, no cats were lost or hurt, but this one did get the fanciest Uber ride any cat has ever gotten. Watch the whole hissterical video below!

HOA demands trash be placed at the curb at precisely 7 AM, homeowners comply even though the truck comes at 6:30 AM, forcing HOA to change the rules when the neighborhood starts to stink: 'Bins stayed full all week. Smelled great in the heat'

Fail Blog - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 09:00
A Homeowners Association's garbage policy didn't pass the smell test and was quickly overturned when homeowners complied, revealing how much the rule stank.

Rather than getting upset and trying to overturn an overreaching trashcan policy through complaints, this homeowner shared how their compliance with the rule brought the HOA around to realizing the error of their ways. Just another silly example of over-applied rules showing how much they stink, in a quite literal way.

Funniest and cutest notes veterinarians have written about their kitty cat patients: 'The vets wrote NOT HANDLEABLE on my gal's chart'

LOL Cats - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 08:00
Going to the vet's with your cat is always an adventure.

If you have ever owned a cat, then you know that one of the worst parts of it is having to take your cats to the vet. Simply because cats hate the vet, and we hate doing things that they hate. Of course, there are the occasional exceptions - cats who purr at the vet's and all that, but generally speaking, cats don't like the experience. Cats hide at the vet's. Cats go crazy at the vet's. Cats want the whole thing to be over as soon as possible.

The vets love the cats, of course. Even the spiciest cats will have the vets cooing at them. Because that is what vets are. They love animals, and they are awesome people, but… they also have to be honest. In their notes to about the cats themselves, in the warnings that they leave for the other vets who will have to deal with your cats in the future, they have to say the truth. For the better or worse. Some cats, the vets will say are amazing. Because they are. And other cats… other cats will be shamed in your vet's notes to the point that you, as the owner, will feel just a little bit ashamed as well. While you are also laughing.

10 Unprofessional employees: '[He's] hiding when there's work to do'

Fail Blog - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 08:00
These people couldn't wait to tell the tales of their least responsible coworkers ever.

No matter how carefully those hiring managers do their due diligence, there are always going to be a few people hired who are just totally inept at their jobs. They might start off strong, but within a few weeks, they're slacking off, making everyone else's jobs harder.

Some bad coworkers steal people's lunch from the office fridge. Others would rather hide than do a minute of work — and if you work in a physical kind of job, this will make your coworkers instantly turn on you.

3 sisters decide to keep their late father's house so his elderly 21-year-old cat can live out his retirement days in a familiar place, and the reaction online is so wholesome: 'His Royal Furriness is napping in the sun'

LOL Cats - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 07:00
Doing something selfless for a cat is one of the purest ways to show kindness.

We always say that cats are like family to us and that we would do absolutely anything to make them happy. It is usually things like giving our cats the wet food that they love the most. And it is buying our cats cool cat trees, even though they generally prefer the boxes they come in. And it's getting our cats cool toys, even though they care about them maybe ten percent of the time. It's about spoiling our cats in every way that we can - any way that would keep them happy.

But even with all of that, we don't think that many people would do for their cat what these three daughters did for their father's cat. After his passing, they got their father's house - and the cat that lived in it. The simplest solution at that point would have been to rehome the cat and decide what to do with the house afterwards. But that is not what they did. They decided to truly treat this cat like family. They decided to keep this house on - keep paying or it, keep maintenance of it - all so that their father's elderly cat could live his retirement in the space that he is used to. And that is what we call kindness.

Homeseller forbids current tenants from answering questions about the property to prospective buyers, despite knowing the house is not up to code: ‘You are not permitted to interfere’

Fail Blog - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 07:00
Homesellers would do anything to sell their properties, even if it means hiding information from potential buyers. The question is, do others have a responsibility to disclose the actual truth to these buyers, to keep them from making a mistake?

'He chose to live with sheep': Lonely stray cat who's never known what care or warmth felt like bonds with farm sheep, now acts like he's part of the sheep flock, leading the little lambs

LOL Cats - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 06:00
Cats don't just choose humans. Sometimes, they choose to adopt friends from other species as well.

We say it all the time. Cats are the ones who choose their families, not the other way around. You think that when you walk into a shelter, looking for a cat to adopt, the outcome is in your hands, but it is not. Whether you walk out of there with a cat or not is entirely in the cats' paws. They might choose you, and they might not. You need to prove yourself worthy first.

Of course, we don't know the exact way in which we can prove that we are wrothy to them. That is why the cat distribution system still, to this day, catches people off guard. It works in meowsterious ways. But it does always work. And although, more than anything else, cats choose humans to adopt, sometimes, they also choose other animals.

And it can be any animal. A cat can choose a dog as its best friend, despite their differences, despite the fact that they are known as sworn enemies, despite how different their behaviors are from one another. A cat can choose a bird as its best friend forever, despite the fact that one is prey and one is the opposite, despite the fact that you would never imagine a cat befriending a bird. We have even seen cats choose turtles as best friends, and isn't that a ridiculous combination that you have probably never thought of.

For animals that have such a reputation for being aloof and preferring to be on their own, cats are actually extremely friendly creatures. They are simply friendly only with the creatures that they choose to be friendly with. And honestly, we think that is fair. You would think that we would be incredibly surprised to see the cat in today's video befriend a bunch of sheep in a flock, but no.

The thing that actually surprised us about this video is not the interspecies friendship. That is something that we have seen quite a few times, both with cats and with other animals. No, what actually surprised us was the cat turning into a little shepherd and leading the flock himself.

Hardworking marketer quits when their director steals credit for their work, leaving behind an HR report so the ex-company knows why they lost their all-star employee

Fail Blog - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 06:00
"Paying your dues" doesn't mean senior employees should be allowed to blatantly steal your ideas.

It's hard to come up with original ideas time and time again, so jaded, senior workers rely on the fresh meat in the office for new, positive ideas, especially in the marketing world.

Senior marketers commonly steal the intellectual property of their hardworking employees because they have nothing new to contribute after all their years in the biz. Despite the commonality of this practice, it's downright thievery. Oftentimes, interns will roll over and play along with upper management's workplace narratives about "paying their dues," but this all-star worker knew that their genius ideas and their late nights were being wasted. With a lack of recognition and a boss who gladly stole credit for their work, something had to be done.

Because when this boss's original ideas dried up, they were happy to borrow some of their employee's work, even if it would eventually come back to bite them.

38-year-old refuses to move into husband's childhood home due to prenup negotiations: '[Am I wrong] for not wanting to move into a house I’ll never have any legal claim to?'

Fail Blog - Tue, 03/10/2026 - 05:00
This woman knew that she wasn't being protected when her husband requested that the family move into a house she had zero claim over. Despite receiving pressure from her in-laws, she stood her ground… even though she already signed an unfair prenuptial agreement.
